upgrades

My high response 8k clutch broke, I'm replacing it with another. My question, can anyone recommend a better clutch carrier? My stock one has a broken screw in it. So I figure while ordering new clutch why not upgrade carrier. Any help appreciated.

The stock radio looks to be pretty cheap, would like to upgrade to better quality radio and receiver, but I have not bought an RC radio in 20 years, whats a good choice? Is there anything better than the 2.4 ghz for range? Also want a more heavy duty steering servo? Suggestions?

I moved the ON/OFF switch to the side of the box for easier access and modified the battery plug so you can charge it without taking the lid off ,similar to the BAJAS ,cause the battery plugged direct into the ON/OFF SWITCH
