air filter

So, on my buy list of upgrades I came to air filter. I have heard or read somewhere that baja airfilter works with rampage. If yes then is it the best choice? If no, then what's the best filter for rampge? Edit #1: Maybe something like this...

I am looking for some direction on air filters.Which one do you all consider the best ,and where to get it. Part numbers would be great .Not real happy with the one i bought.Thanks

Does anyone have the HPI Baja air filter base that screws onto the carb. I ordered a filter set but it didn't come with it. I don't want to buy a whole set again for that piece. It has two brass spacers on it too. Thanks guys :)

Lets talk about air filters. What are you using? Let me know the good and the bad of each different type. I am using the billet type. Good: looks, easy to clean after use Bad: heavy, clogs easily with loose grass, not enough "area" for air intake

ok live literally in the middle of nowhere and can not find a store with any airfilter oil at all... i went to canadian tire and 2 auto parts stores... im using stockfilter also outerwears but finally spring is starting to show up and roads starting to show underneath the snow and ice soon it...

Got my monster truck last night, almost all put together just got to center the servos and havent ordered an air filter yet, so how do i get the stock filter off so i can oil it before i run tonight.

This air filter is the only one so far that fits nicely: af289 - Short Stack Uni Air Filter (1.75" height) I will post pics tommorow of it mounted. There is a roll cage bar in front of the carb, so the usual Baja filter or FG filters will not fit.
