Sweet! The buggies look awesome with a side pipe.

Ah, that sucks. They were holding up so well. LOL At least ya knew what was in store for them.Trip.. said:Update... Rear foams are officially dust, compliments of the shiny Dino-Worm!
I've only read good things on his customer service. It's good to hear.Trip.. said:Highly recommended to anyone looking to pick up a bunch of low end punch, give it a shot. Call Dino directly and maybe he'll cut you a deal. I ordered mine last Friday morning and it was at my doorstep yesterday, less than a week including Labor Day!
Lol! Knew it would happen.Trip.. said:Update... Rear foams are officially dust, compliments of the shiny Dino-Worm!This pipe is pretty decent. Half throttle on black top, then punch it and all 4 break loose with a cool tail wiggle. Power is substantial, but very controllable. It's surprisingly quiet for not having a silencer on it, well until you hit it

Not yet, hell I haven't even decided on which adapters yet.RCDAD said:Have you decided on a wheel & tire combo yet?
Why, because with that pipe you don't have enough power to destroy the foams...HBD8TRCR said:Man im glad i went with the CPI...................
I know, I did too. I was trying to fight it, but I knew there were dying as soon as they started flailing around when I hit the throttle. Just as well as I smoked the left rear wheel center last night. Time for adapters, tires and wheels, now as to which ones?Deluge said:Lol! Knew it would happen.
Too funny.Trip.. said:Why, because with that pipe you don't have enough power to destroy the foams...
The 5b fronts are only a little bit bigger than the XB stockers, but then again so are the FG setups.Trip.. said:Not yet, hell I haven't even decided on which adapters yet.As far as the wheels and tires are concerned, I'd like to stick with something about the same size and style as stock. I'd prefer pinspike type tires and a wheel that doesn't look too big on the car. Most of the Baja wheels I've seen look too big on the buggies.
You guys have any suggestions? I'd love to toss my FG's on it or maybe a set of the Elcon wheels Cordy has on his from time to time.
To be honest with you I think instead of working on weedeaters and chainsaws and making carb tuning videos I think you should be on comic stip live, you kill me!Trip.. said:I just received a beautifully hideous chrome Dino Worm!
Allright, I know it's ugly, but so is my ex... But I still love them both.
The pipe install was very simple and straight-forward. Just yank your shitty pipe and bolt in this one.
I won't get into performance tonight, I will cover that tomorrow. ...But tonight I will cover the SOUND of this Kick-Ass pipe.
I have a JetPro silenced version 1 on my FG Monster Truck and I also have a silenced pipe on my FG Marder buggy. They both sound about the same... They sound like a 125cc dirt bike. Poppy, but authoritative.
This pipe, on the other hand, does not. This pipe sounds like the pipes on my Polaris snowmobile. It has a deep throaty sound with a bassy rumble. The idle is chilling, but the sound of the throttle revving is flat-out un-nerving. F**kin awesome!
I won't go too much into it tonight, but I will say I am flat out impressed, borderline amazed. The addition of a JetPro pipe on my FG's was great, but predictable. This pipe is anything but predictable... It was just a short blast up and down the drive, but all four tires were spinning on the asphalt like nothing, much more power than I was expecting!
I'll film it in the AM... Tonight I'm pooped from the second job.
Trip..
My FG wheels on my Marder would be perfect... If I only had a longer shaft, er 4 longer shafts... As with so many things in life, it it were only a bit longer.RCDAD said:The 5b fronts are only a little bit bigger than the XB stockers, but then again so are the FG setups.
Thanks, I thought about a writing job for SNL, but then it would be funny and nobody would watch it. People appear to prefer mindless drivel, hence the success of anal secretions like Jersey Shore and most anything else on MTV.rampage idiot said:To be honest with you I think instead of working on weedeaters and chainsaws and making carb tuning videos I think you should be on comic stip live, you kill me!
Thanks man..RCDAD said:
RAMTech adapters, and Hostile tires with wheels you decide to run. Extremely durable.Trip.. said:I know, I did too.
