So I am ready to paint my MT body and I see that the clear body looks bubbly kind of is there some kind of film that's on the body that I have to peel off before painting or is there already a over spray film on the outside I peel of after or what? I tried to see if I can get anything to peel up...

Figured I'd share somthing i do when I crack or break a body.i do construction work and for finish work I use stuff called mitre pro all it is is simply a strong glue and a spray accerant It's expensive but I'm sure any similar stuff would work.all I do is hold the crack or even broken off part...

So I know I can't be the only one that hates the screws for the battery box so I came up with this. I drilled the holes to accept body posts so I can open and shut the lid with body pins. Should be much easier.

Is there a plastic film on these clear bodies. It sure looks like there is. But cant get it started to come off.
