I'd seal it, and then reinforce it like above. It will make it much tougher.

Oh yeah I'm going to and not running it until I do. It was a spontaneous thing the other day and after the paint went on I could see the defects in the body. Really didn't expect much as it being the stock body. Color is nice blue is my favorite color and the flag stickers I pretty much walked into and let the kiddies pit them on.

I saw the imperfections in the body when I painted mine, as well. White specs in the Lexan, etc.

Nice job, I like the blue. Did something happen to your pipe? I had to cut a corner on my rear bumper to get my CPI pipe to fit.
