If your going to make a spacer. You could make one out of a strip of square aluminum rod. Drill an extra set of holes and leave it bolted to the chassis. Makes reinstalling the engine easier. Python Motorsports to the left sells one.im going to make some and unsure what the height is supposed to be
im thinking of making it out of stainless steel square bar 8mm or 10mm, but im also thinking that might be to hard for the chassis and crankcase, what do you think? (i don't want to burr the the base of my new engine right away)RCDAD said:If your going to make a spacer. You could make one out of a strip of square aluminum rod. Go with 10mm. You could use some electrical tape between the mount and the engine. That'll help prevent wear.TerraKill said:im thinking of making it out of stainless steel square bar 8mm or 10mm, but im also thinking that might be to hard for the chassis and crankcase, what do you think?
