New? This is standard for australian imports. I seen them atleast 3 months ago when a friend dragged me down to his local body shop. It had been ages since I walked into one so who knows how long its been around.

Thats a great price. Its right around the price of a clear one but without the muss or fuss of painting. Thats a pretty sharp paint job too. I hope they are available when I wear mine out.
