XB chassis brace / stiffener

What's the part number for that gold-anodized chassis brace or stiffener seen in my picture below. You can see it attached to the floor of the chassis in the gap between the disc brake assembly and the steering servo.

It's screwed on so I thought it might have its own part number. Do all new replacement chassis comes with that brace?
