Just need some advice on the stock shocks.I'm rebuilding my mt into a truggy and need to redo the shocks. My questions are

What type of oil do they take baja oil or silicone?

Do you rebuild them like a 1/8 buggy shock or like a baja?

What weight oil our track is mainly flat semi compacted clay with one table top jump and a few rythm sections and one drop off?

Any tips would be much appreciated.

I might go 60 in rear and 50 in front using pure silicone shock oil. Get you some Ramtech springs if you have a hard packed clay fast track. Especially if you have added weight like tuned pipe out of steel.

Then adjust to your driving from there.
