Brake cam rising up on xt

There should be a brass bushing that sits flush on the chassis that it seats in...if the bushing is gone it will cause it to lift out. Is the bushing gone..

Is the little chunk of fuel line missing from between the brass bushing and the linkage? It sits on top of the brass bushing and below the brake linkage
We used to have to add these back in the day...then the factory started adding them
