alum upgrades

I bought all the red cat alum control arms/ a-arms for my xb and i would like to powder coat them. does anyone know how to remove the plastic bushing in them. if needed does anyone know where to buy the plastic bushings in the a-arms. thank you for your time. jerry

i think there glued in and i cant mask them because they will melt in the oven.

i tried threading in a screw and pulling but the screw pulled out. pushing with other tools no luck. thanks for the input.

You could heat it up first to see if they can handle it. If they melt then they will come out easy. If you can't get them out in one piece, your going to have to try and find a bushing that will work. Redcat won't have them. I'm sure they are just pressed in there.
