I think that setup was made for the HPI Baja which is a different platform than the Redcat platform.

Technically speaking, if the XB/E pinion/spur is the same ratio as the XT/B center tranny then the XBE is going to be faster on 6s. That is unless you have a gas engine cabable of 25530 RPM. This is not taking alot of other factors into account though such as C ratings on the batteries.

Well if you watch the testing videos, you can see that it is zippy so I am guessing it's pretty fast. It weighs less than the other rampage's.. I was very impressed.
