I'm using a 3PM radio, with the SuperBee, can I still shut down the engine by turning off my radio?

It's a 2 ch Tx but a 3 ch Rx so u don't have to use a splitter , you can use the 3rd ch port on the Rx for the Super Bee.

You can leave the failsafe active if you choose to. Not sure how to deactivate it, you can check the small CD that came with the system. There are instructions on there.

Super bee stop engine button?

I want to replace the factory stop button with the one that came with the super bee kill switch. I removed the 4 screws holding the cover and it won't seperate to remove the old switch. I don't want to force it. Is there another screw I'm not seeing?

There are 4 bolts to the case 2 screws to the shroud and 2 screws from under the chassis. A total of 8 in the flywheel cover.
