I don't think your dunrunner needs a 30cc thats overdoing it, go with a 26cc get higher rpms

Well, first it should of came with a HY26cc so just add a pipe to that. and adjust the needles to a better pickup and still smoke...(rich)

hpi 5b/5t pipe works well and cheap for starters..(check my vid for it's sound and small grunt..lol)

unless one of the exhaust engineer's through this forum have one for a Dunerunner..

that be neat :)

change that gearing to fit your needs after that..

order back tires/foam, so you can change over the rubber..you will burn them up quick..lol

and remember thought/rule,

check over the drive system

pull the dogbones and check to make sure the pins are not loose

it's kinda of a pain on the first time doing this but easier the next time.

as with all RC items ,you need to check over all/most of the screws

both my diff's were full when i pulled them...which is a good thing.

have fun...

Hi Jimmy B here!

I have a Dune runner and it took me a while to work out the bugs

1,Check all screws and use red lock tight on the dogbones

2. change to metal gears I ground my plastic gears the first day.

3.I had problems with the stearing servo so keep www.redcatracing.com

on the friends list to order parts and they will replace all eletronic parts for free

minus the shipping to redcat.

I have a 30.5cc ported and domanator fast pipe

it realy makes it fun.

Good Luck!!
