mods list for everyone

so lets take a list of some of the mods or upgrades we have on our rigs. this would be a good referance for our newcomers as to what "most" of us are doing. wether its a DIY mod or an aftermarket. whatever makes our rampage better,faster, or stronger. also feel free to put in some things you tried and DIDNT work.


my rig is still fairly new, so my list is short.


-upgraded diffs-3,000wt ofna diff oil, not sure how thats gona work


-longer shock springs,


-60wt,back, 50wt,front


-upgraded gear plate


-upgraded fuel tank vent


-front and rear lower aluminum arms


-aluminum stearing mount


-gutted stock can and removed stinger


-8000rpm clutch spring


-813 "punch" carb


-lowered mt body mounts for less damage,shoe goo'd body corners


-centered all drive shafts using foam earplugs


-DIY pullstart cover, and spun pull starter so can start with body on


-scanner rc steering and brake servo w/Y splice to steering servo,(st)320oz@6 volts,(th)200oz@4 volts


-futaba 3pm


-longer brake spring


-fast eddy bearing, not all

Great post idea Krypto I will have to get back to you my list is quite lengthy and some is top secret because of new product development , But will do what I can to help this post. Maybe someone else get some good ideas.

26cc fuelie, hpi rims w/ Hostile mini mx mediums on all 4 corners RDlogics pipe ( sprint modded header), cv shafts (untested as yet) gbe axle extenders, aluminum gear plate, steel 25t gears, 20% stiffer springs, as of right now. This is one of those lists that keeps on growing

shock limmit straps and duel steering servo setup with a new battery box to fit over 2nd servo like that one rampage mt pic with all hopups on it that don't have a parts list for those parts

Truck is basically stock right now except for a gutted can with a 5" long flare-cut stinger. I painted the gear cover and windows black for aesthetics. Mods on their way from Rampagehopups include:1.
