So once I got got my 813 carb I decided that I didn't want to put up
with all the dust and dirt that accumulates around the throttle shaft
and eventually wears it down. The only thing I could do is wrap it
in plastic. I did this before with the stock carb and it worked great.
The engine heat was not high enough to melt the wrap so I figured
I'd do it to the new carb and save all the damage those dirt particles
cause. It was too late for my old carb but this one should be ok...
