issue with kill switch

Yeah that what I thought but I would have to turn the servo around and I don't have the fail safe plug wire in at all

You don't flip the servo... There is a "rev" switch on the transmitter.

The receiver has a built in fail safe. That's why I say round can file the wired unit. ;)

If I reverse the servo it's backwards ,it might have to do with my linkage modification the brake and the throttle are on one side of the servo horn ,I had to move it cause of the HPI filter
