dying plastic

hi guys how can I dye my plastic peices like my rollcage and stuff do I have to take tge black off and if so how

You can only dye white parts and the black rollcage is not dyed it is black all the way through

sure will I'm waiting on my new carb and fuel tank and silicers witch suck but there for the baby so I dnt wake him up at nap time lol once there hear ill take it apart and paint it
