something odd just occured to me,hmmm.....?? why is it I can fix anything on my bike but I'm a total idiot when it comes to fixing my MT? They're both internal combustion engines, right? I just give myself an excuse and say I've been around bikes longer
I just finished installing a new ignition switch assembly without the aid of any service manual. Gave it a tune-up, installed a K&N Air Filter, replaced stock muffler with D&D exhaust with race pack, quick shifter (this one a bitch to install) All these would have easily cost me $300 to have a local honda shop do it for me. But I did it myself, ran the bike at full throttle and it was screaming. Then I was wondering why my MT kept dying after half a tank of gas. It ran this way for days. Then Deluge posted something about how the fuel lines should be connected and I realized I had the damn lines reversed If can tune a 1000cc bike then why can't I figure things out on my MT when something goes wrong? Hmm...?? Strange
This a CBR954. I'm trying to chrome the hell out of this bike. Not a cheap project. Even the plastics were chromed
