Brakes hanging up

Hey have any of you guys had any problems with your brakes hanging up sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't both grub screws are in and not touching the disc any ideas?

Bad spot on disk maybe ?

Make sure your discs are riding on the square part of the brake square. I've had a disc start riding down on the rounded part causing it to go at an angle and locking up in the pads.

Demon if that is the case how can I keep it on the square?
