what is the cheapest tires on rim i can buy hoping a set of 4 but needs to be able to fit dune runner preferably hard compound off road last long time lasting

You'll need to get some 24mm hex adapters. There are no other options for the Redcat 23mm hexes. DDM has good prices, and a deal of the day every day. They also have a coupon code DDM for an additional 5% off
