What xt drivetrain upgrades do i need?please help

Hi guys i have a xt with everything you can put on it to make it faster but the drivetrain is all completely stock,my next step is putting a 36cc or a 45cc motor in it ,i know thats a big between the two but can somebody tell me what ill have to beef up in the drivetrain and maybe shoot me some sites or where to look,i cant find the info im looking for,i don't bash real hard byt i would still like to beef up everything,any help would be greatly appreciated,Thanks
