I gotta give these lil guys some credit! They are quick out of the box but with a few simple upgrades they go like hell. Very durable I mite add. My 1 1/2 yr old gs has 1 and other than the spur gear he has yet to destroy it. Just an all around fun lil toy to have

They are! The weakest part is the spur/drive gear. Ive asked for a possible upgrade for this but doesn't look good. Mite have to accomplish that 1 on my own.

Can the batteries be upgraded to something other than aa?

Im sure with a lil skill one could. With the 2400 rechargeables these run for about 40 min on a full charge.

Yeah, they are fun and great for the kids. Even us big kids. Lol
