Many youtube videos.. I put that liquid silicone conformal coating on the board inside and put grease on the output shaft base. Clear Rtv silicone around the housing seams on the lip.

So you are putting 2 of those servos in for the steering.

Thanks
To be honest with you I used one 0236. It worked pretty good till I did cartwheel jump landing. Stripped the gears. Pretty sure I voided the warranty waterproofing it. So I stepped it up a notch to a Spektrum s9020 . It is already waterproof, higher torque rating and lipo capable. Had it in since March seems sweet, definitely waterproof

Yes buy. The Rampage MT V3 comes stock with a plastic servo mount for the right servo. I bought the aluminum Futaba mount for the right side and eliminated the left servo all together, just use the one Spektrum S9020 servo with a 2S lipo rx battery

What if i just want to use the stock 6v battery and gave 760oz of torque....will that be enough?

I'm sure it will work. I know a guy who uses the Hitec d845wp at 6v that is even less torque. Me personally like the power lipo provides. The stock radio system isn't the best and Futaba is lipo capable, so an upgrade there helps. Can get lipo capable waterproof servos so why not go lipo?

I have the 0235 as my throttle servo and the 0236 as my steering servo in my XCR1000 and theyve been working great. I think one is rated faster than the other.

I bought the S9020 spektrum and put it in my MT Pro because I heard everyone raving about it. It only lasted for one outing. I was out driving around on dirt\rocks no jumps. I went to turn and it started binding and would turn in one direction and not the other. Took it back home could not find anything wrong with the install. Sent it back and they said they found a tooth broke SMH. I couldnt figure out how a highly rated servo for that price and with the high specs broke from normal driving around.

I would not recommend the S9020 maybe you can get something cheaper price that gives better results. Be aware the gears are not covered under warranty. I had the servo for only a few days, now theyre saying i need to purchase a kit to fix it.

My futaba receiver has an input voltage of 4.8-7.2 so if i run a lipo setup do i need a regulator to keep it at 7.2max ? Or a bec needs to be used?

I've had the Spektrum s9020 in my MT for a year. Yes I've stripped the teeth, but only after numerous kartwheel jump landings. You must have just had a bad one bro

I use a Futaba 4pls radio system that has a 304sb receiver. That receiver is rated over 8 v if I remember correctly. I have no bec or voltage reducer, straight 2s lipo to the switch from the switch to the receiver. No problems at all
