My revival of the O'beast build

These are the changes I made since I purchased O'beast build.


7075 adapters


Imex J-7 baja wheels


Phat Cat shock towers


8000 spring clutch


Flowsystem polished stainless exhaust


redcat xt gearing


xt body mounts


my desert rat xbe body (it is not being used right now)


Things not installed yet:


Aluminum top plate


aluminum rear support


killer rc limiting straps

That's a cool green on the body. Looks great!

Thanks guys, the paint is the kind that changes color in different light. It came out ok, not sure if I like it or not. But thanks to rc dad I have another desert rat body. I purchased these shock towers and 7075 ones by chose these on this build because I favor the 7075 parts on my xbe. Th

Oops hit the button to soon, I am looking into upgrading steering, front and rear upper arms by DGI but not sure if it wise or not. It would take some slop out of suspension though

UpdateOk, so I got my xt almost complete. Here is where I am at now.Things completed: 1/2 added to rear thanks to Ol'fart. He made me a new rear plate with half inch added to it. Plus made 1/2inch longer chassis brace. Also added phatcat rear tank support. Used a MT rear driveshaft (had one made by FLM)Installed limiting straps.Added 7075 steering setup. Installed my MCD MT tires and wheels 7075 made me some nice reinforcement rings for my MCD wheels.DGI racing steering links and rear upper links
