What is carb manifold for?

The stock manifold somehow restricts flow (altho very slightly) this upgrade doesn't.

Also, since it's made from Teflon, it eliminates unwanted Airleaks that might occur.

Will do.

My only concern is the rear cvds sliding out of the rear diff cups. Fronts are very fine.

I was gona mashine longer cups so that the cvd will have a larger area of play and hence wont fall off.

The guy said 150$ for a pair. Too freaking expensive.

So i ended up putting shims on the inside of rear bearing holders(drive cups) so that I gain a bit of space to further push the cvd inside. Lets hope it wont fall off.

After further investigation. It seems that they are falling cz i have installed the offset bushing of 7075rc

Will take pics tomorrow.

You don't need the offset bushing, the angle is built in the bushing holder.
I added three 1mm shims between the drive cup and bearing holder to push the cvd pin inside the diff cup more. Works like a charm now.

Next stop: cage to be painted red

Thanks. Fg bumper is not a direct bolt on, i have 7075 chassis with 7075 chassis inserts and they are 3cm taller than stock, so they stand out in front of the diff housing.

I have drilled that extra space and used the 7075 shock tower by sliding 2 long bolts to fix it to the top of the bumper.

As for those links, IRP makes top notch product. I havent tested the truck yet since i will paint the cage and have some leakage from the gas tank.

A lot of people use those links on their losis and bash the hell out of them with 0 problem. Im guessing they are fine.

They cost a lot tho. 150$ for the turnbuckle and rear link
