Just noticed im leaking nitro between the heat sinc and the block.i was told it would be the head shim,so i have removed it and it doesn't look cracked or warped to me.it allstarted when i flipped the buggy and was running too lean on the day.by the time i got to buggy to switch it off,it was too hot.anyway, any suggestions?

if you overheated it badly you may have warped the head.

agree on the retorque and see what happens.

When you flipped it you could have striped the head screws they are easy to strip I would try some new head screws and when you are tightening the heat sink back down make sure you tighten each screw a little at a time in an X pattern to make sure the heat sink goes down flat onto the head.
