So I started installing the upgrades and some of the stock hardware was a pain in the "A" to remove, the factory used red lock-t on some of the screws. Also some of the heads striped so I decided to upgrade the hardware to stainless!

ACE is the best for hardware they have everything; well almost everything I am waiting on the shock and hinge pin(no more c-clips) hardware to come in.

Thanks kryp,

The reason for the phil heads is ACE had more of the sizes I need and not in hex. And dealing with one #2 phil driver verses 4 different hex drivers is a little easier come maintenance and quick field fix time.

After I run the motor I will decide on what upgrade to do to it. Maybe a head kit or a whole new motor.

The body came clear and I sprayed it with some left over paint I had laying around came out like crap. I will be pitting the Asgard body on it next month and that will receive a really nice paint job.

I also centered all the dogbones to reduce play and lubed the bushings in the bellcrank. Didn't have time to look for bearing for it yet. Added HPI ax-boots also.

Actually to shim the dogbones I bought some nice rubber spacers but they didn't feel right, the rubber was to stiff when compressing the suspension (like binding) so I used some #2 shock pistons (team assoc).

They fit nicely, and the suspension compression is good. I will take a pic!

It might not come with the chrome wheels. I race with pete and frankie from pro 5th and they stop making the chrome wheels because of how easy the chrome peels off. You would have to buy them from LargeScale Rc seperate.
