BURNED OUT DIFF MOUNT BEARINGS?

If you run your Rampage vehicle as hard as I do, this is a timely tip for you before the bearings melt in the plastic sockets of the stock plastic DIFF MOUNT. To avoid a meltdown, simply replace the stock plastic diff mount with the REDCAT RACING ALUMINUM DIFF MOUNT SET BLUE 054004B. You'll be happy. (See picture.)

You might ALSO need to buy a new set of bearings for the unit: REDCAT RACING RAMPAGE BEARINGS SET 07122.

It helps to replace the centre diff mount with alloy as well.

Thanks, Phil. Will look into that. I didn't consider the center diff mount since it held up, and continues to hold up well. But I'll look into it. Why not?
