how can you tell if the xb buggy is a version 1 or version 2 ? I saw the replacement alloy gear plate is available for version 1 or 2 and if I was to pick up an xb I would like the newer version for sure... thanks

I'm in the middle of a pipe install on my MT and it requires me to flip around the tank. Is loosening the front diff or loosening a screw holding a cup to the drive shaft the quickest way..... The fuel tank has a drive shaft running through it.
