chassis

Can anyone tell me what the reason is for the angle up on the front of the chassis? On the 7075 chassis Doug said the angle is 9 to 10 degrees, I am just wondering why. (Inquiring minds wanna know) LOL Thanks

i just got an MCD chassis but the original owner didn't know what type of MCD it was? I plan on making it an on road parking lot beast? i just added a picture of the chassis. anyone know if its v4 or ??

Is the chassis "supposed" to be flat or strait? Just looking at my XB an the front seems to tilt up a bit...bent?

The driveline to the rear diff rubs on the bottom of the engine crankcase when you run hard. Too much flex at the rear of the chassis. I'm thinking about a couple of L stiffeners underneath welded in, running to about half way under the gas tank. Or a steel roll cage. Or, Possibly, making...

I have found some one who sells a carbon fibre chassis for the D/R. Waiting to hear back on a price. I wish i had found this BEFORE i bought my D/R chassis to make my D/R copy longer. How do you all think it will hold up???

does anyone have a CAD drawing of the XB chassis? i'd like to create a custom chassis based on the stock version, and a CAD drawing would be a nice starting point.
