Definitely agree with Phill. The 2 bolt motors in my opinion is a bad design for a small motor that builds so much heat . It increases the risk of a warped head

Oh Oh ok I have no idea then . I don’t know that motor . So they want a rich low needle and a lean high needle by other motor standards . That is odd . But if that’s zenoah’s preferred and it’s working I guess nothing left to do but pinch adjustments tell you find your sweet spot for the tune

Ok that sounds weird to me . High needle usually open more than low needle . This is what I have on the zenoah g320 and their factory carb is the 1107 .
