So, I've been on here for some time, not as long as many users, but for a while. I currently have Insanity (Chimera chassis), but I also dabble in multirotors. My latest video on my youtube channel explains some of the updates that I've done to it getting it ready in preparation for filming this fall.

Here you go. Please bare with me as I am trying a different format of video creation. I purchased new lights a while back and this the first video I've used them on. So anyway, here it is. You can view the entire build log here. http://www.dronevibes.com/forums/threads/tarot-t810-build.22493/

Enjoy!

Yeah, they are a lot of fun, and definitely a tinkerers hobby. My big hex is a teddy bear to fly. Super stable.

Right now, I use a camremote to activate the shutter. For video, I am going to use an IR control off of the camremote. The only reason I do this is because the gimbal was made for a Canon 5d Mk III, whereas I have a Sony. As soon as the weather cooperates I will get it out and get a test flight done. It has either rained, or been too windy to fly.

I build tube stereos, dml panel speakers, buy 80-s Magnavox & Phillips single tray c-d players, mod the daylights out of these- remove the operational amps, solder in gold sockets & add state of the art danish dexatec op amps, remove most of the caps, replace with black gates, elna cerafines- other types depending on the " flavor " -type of sound desired.- mil-spec double throw - break before make switches that allowsuser to switch in & out assorted output caps as the players are in use-- remove the voltage regulators- replace with state of art units- Its jaw dropping to listen to- not volume, but resolution, 3-d effects- hidden details-. The path of least resistance is tru a vacume!! its all about odd order harmonics of tubes gear as opposed to even order harmonics of solid state - Always tinkering here-- pardon the spelling----
