how did this happen

was getting the mt ready for spring/summer, and found this. everything was tight, so how did this happen?
also there is some in and out slack.


im thinking that dent in the pinion is what giving me the wobble, what do yall think

Wear and tear is what happened. That bearing on the pinion just gave out on mine. So I replaced them all along with the CD pinion and crown and new layshafts. Just part of the beating the MT takes.

Must be rolling resistance of the big tyres on the MT.
Never had it on the DR.

Shipping to me was about a week to ten days. For the amount I save using this site it's worth the wait. But yes these fit the Rampage MT and Dunerunner.

i was looking on ebay. and found the pinion for 40 bucks. so im glad i came on here to ask.

No problem. I have a notebook with all the part numbers I use most. Then just type the part number in that site's search bar. It isn't the easiest site to navigate otherwise. Good luck man

I do much the same.
Look up the part number on the manual then type it into a local supplier down here.
Much easier than going by description.
HSP are identical and use the same part numbers.
You may find them cheaper than Redcat,
