Pull plug, see if it is wet with fuel. Check spark by grounding plug. Make sure there is no fuel around or on plug when checking for spark or you could have a flame up. If plug is dry after trying to start with choke closed, you have a fuel delivery issue.

My first fifth-scale rc vehicle was a gas-powered Redcat Rampage XR. Out of the box, it wouldn't start. I took it to a local hobby shop and the engine guy there couldn't fix it. I mailed it back to Redcat Racing; they said they fixed it. When I got it back, it still won't start. In the end I bought a new Zenoah G290rc engine and it was perfect. The experience taught me to NEVER invest in another Redcat Rampage rc vehicle.

I tried again to start it, it's getting fuel, it has spark but I'm not sure the spark is strong enough, I poured a small amount of fuel into spark plug hole refitted plug and it wont fire at all, I will go and buy a new plug and try again

What about your carb settings? Did you close the low-end needle right down, turning clockwise, and then opened it one full turn and one-quarter; and did the same with the high end needle and reopened it one and one-half turns? Try that and see if it will start. If it doesn't, try turning the high-end needle clockwise by a little bit, and keep trying. I've had starting problems like what you described and the solution was finding correct carb settings. If that doesn't work, try turning the idle screw a little clockwise, and try again.

I've reset both needles to factory settings and adjusted to rich and lean a couple of times still no go,
Billbo... it's frightening that everything that's happening to you happened to me--and I'm speaking of a brand new redcat rampage XR. Hmmm. If after buying a new spark plug it still doesn't fire, maybe you can take it to a local hobby shop if there's one nearby. What about the cap of your gas tank: is it properly vented? And the fuel bulb atop the carb: you always make sure you pump it full?

Try squirting a little starter fluid in through the air filter.
If it's going to start that will do it.

There's plenty here in Aus
Google
RC Model
RC High Performance
Mild to Wild RC
to name just a few
I get most of my stuff from RC Model
Look for HSP parts
Same vehicles - different name but the same part numbers

I had a similar issue with a 50cc CRRC engine on my Giant Aeromaster airplane. No start, weak spark. Turned out the ignition module was defective. Same issue may be in your ignition coil/magneto, wiring, spacing of the hall sensor from the motor shaft, many possible issues can cause your problem. It IS an electrical issue, though. I'd concentrate in that area first.
