I've had my DR for 6-7 months now. Only upgrade so far was the jetpro pipe. I have zero complaints although this has been a learning experience. You MUST loctite EVERY screw on the DR before your first run including removing the gears and applying loctite to grub screws on the drivetrain too.

OK. With that being said, I have all of the aluminum upgrade parts except for the front shock tower (054016) which appears to be unavailable everywhere for some unknown reason. I have the 32cc engine, but I'm curious what upgrade options It may be overkill, but I saw a 57cc twin on an MT and man was it nice.

The jetpro pipe is the only purchase towards performance to date. I'm looking to buy an 8k clutch but unsure which to get. Gonna order the 29/31 gears. Also unsure if I should upgrade the carb too. Also considering the RBI Supercharger.

Probably forgetting a few things but thats why I'm here!

Look for the shock tower under the HSP brand.
All parts are compatible

@biggo check out my thread
@G-Man I ordered the 7/8" silicone. Thinking of going with aluminum wheels. I already purchased a set of MadMax SuperGrip tires.

With most of the cosmetic parts out of the way, now it's time to look at performance. I am going to mod the 32cc before upgrading. I'm sure I've yet to see it's ceiling.

Nice. Running on the street I see. Been tossing up the idea of getting some street tires. I enjoy off road more though. Have fun man!!

That's correct if replacing with the same. I have upgraded to the machined aluminum parts. I have every part except the front shock tower. Haven't started the rebuild yet though. The factory shipped part is 54006, but the upgraded part is 054016 or at least it was.

The link that I sent is the aluminium upgrade one.
I,m not sure the one you've ordered will fit.

I have the Dunerunner V3 and it came with the 54006 from the factory. Their website used to list it, but then stopped for whatever reason. I got the part number from redcat. The rear came with the 54007 from the factory and 054017 is the upgradable option.

Mine came from the factory with alloy already fitted.
Listed as 54006.
