Sorry sprint that you have never seen any of the parts we make for the rampage, there is at least a handful of parts. We have made a few that are not up, and until i feel they are ready (PQP--Performace---quality---price)they won't be for sale. This has worked very well for us on our motorcycle, baja, fg, slash, blitz and rampage parts that we have made in the past.

This thread has been ongoing, as the cars get older we start seeing new problems, so new parts are wanted, don't think for minute that we don't read it, although the next 3-4 parts are already chosen doesn't mean we won't see a want on the last page and decide that's # 4 or 5.

With 2 of the products, we have fixed my biggest complaints about the truck/buggy, frame flex and suspension, at least from what i have seen, some people have already done there own fixes which is great, but for the 95 % out there we will have a bolt on solution. So not people can actualy jump these thing with out having to bend back their frame or buy a new one along with a handfull of other parts that tend to break when the frame bends.

Any update? I'd like to see what you've done for frame flex!

Heres one for ya Tom, how about trying to make the pinion, brake hub, and the D-shaft all one piece instead of three seperate components. Several of us have found this area to be a problem, with some wobble in the D-shaft causing binding in the gears. And because of it being three seperate pieces that have to handle such immense amounts of torque and rpm, its my opinion that a few simple set screws just arent the strongest or best way to secure components under this kind of load and force. If a one piece design for these components can be made (while still being able to replace the bearings), im sure it will solve an issue that I personally have heard many people complain about (including myself). Thanks Tom!

That would indeed be the ticket....
But the part would have to disassemble to be installed.

If the the brake hub had threaded holes and the 'D' shaft and Pinion had threaded ends they could be screwed in and tightened completely straight. (threads might need to be reversed for opposite way drive-train moves)

I am so mental about this issue right now and cannot seem to get my shaft not to bind when grub screws are tightened all the way.
